Audible Dwelling \\\ Learning Site

During Rikke and Cecilia’s research trip to Columbus they stayed in CCAD’s artist house, two small 19th-century brick houses that today are connected and situated like an island in a sea of asphalt parking lots. The project they are developing is called Audible Dwelling and it is inspired in part by these houses and other sites in Columbus. Audible Dwelling will examine the construction and use of space in the city, including space in relation to sound; what do we hear, what do we say?
